This is a monologue that I did for my Final Exam. It earned me a 94 in an Honors class. The monlogue is about a baseball game with dad.

I say I must have been closely septette-spot or eight. I couldnt have been much younger. It was the set- bum era my pop music excessivelyk me to a real baseball game game. I look I must have seen too many innings, because I suddenly had to get up and guard a walk. I wasnt sure my Dad would let me go by myself, just we were within one run of tying the game and he didnt want to miss anything. I was thrilled. When youre seven or eight walking virtually the stadium by yourself is a actually big adventure. I was a brusque hurt that he wasnt more worried about me. I mean who knows what tolerant of weirdos might have been walking just about the stadium? Anyway, thither werent any weirdos. only when I got back to my merchantman, this GUY was in it. This total stranger was in my seat, and he was talking to my Dad. They were express joy and my Dad had his arm around his elevate just bid he used to ready his arm around my shoulder! The mens room was up a level from ou r seats, so I saw them in the beginning they saw me. And all I could think was, why is he talking to that guy? Thats my seat! Thats MY DAD! I couldnt move. I just stood there in the plaza of the stadium frozen. I thought Id been replaced. I wanted to scream, No, Dad! Ill be a better son! Whatever it takes, Ill do it! Dad! But I couldnt. I just stood there. I guess I was crying. This guy in a blue-blooded shirt, I guess who was a security guard or something, came up and tried and true to find out what was wrong, but I couldnt tell him. How could I tell him...
